Acupuncture is a system of healing that has been practised in China and other Eastern countries for thousands for years. Although described as a means of pain relief, it is in fact, used to treat people with a wide range of acute or chronic illnesses. Its focus is on improving the overall wellbeing of the patient, rather than the isolated treatment of specific symptoms.

Although most people associate Acupuncture with treating aches and pains, my particular interest is in treating stress, anxiety and depression.  Calming and balancing out the emotions is very helpful for improving our general sense of wellbeing, as well as enhancing our coping mechanisms, to deal with life's challenges with greater ease and comfort, from a place of inner strength.

The Fairbourne Clinic offers a wide range of therapies by fully qualified therapists in quiet surroundings at affordable rates.
