Erica Mae Yonge (Lic.Ac.) Acupuncture

Erica Yonge - The Fairbourne Clinic, Newbury.

Erica Mae Yonge qualified in 1991, and is trained in TCM and 5 Elements Traditional Acupuncture.  She is fully insured.

Acupuncture is a system of healing that has been practised in the Far East for thousands for years.  It stimulates the body’s own healing response to restore a natural balance, and used to treat people with a wide range of acute or chronic illnesses. The focus is on improving the overall flow of energy through addressing the root of a problem as well as symptoms.  This approach improves wellbeing, enhances stronger coping mechanisms and healthy function on all levels.   Acupuncture addresses the physical, mental and emotional aspects of healing which helps us to deal with life's challenges from a place of renewed energy and inner strength.  It is particularly helpful in reducing stress levels so that the body can function more efficiently.

Although most people associate Acupuncture with treating aches and pains, my particular interest is in treating stress, anxiety and depression.  Calming and balancing out the emotions is very helpful for improving our general sense of wellbeing, as well as enhancing our coping mechanisms, to deal with life's challenges with greater ease and comfort, from a place of inner strength.

The Fairbourne Clinic offers a wide range of therapies by fully qualified therapists in quiet surroundings at affordable rates.
