Appointments & Treatment

Do I need a referral from my GP?
No. None of the therapies at the clinic require a GP referral before attending.
How many sessions will I need?
This depends on your individual circumstances and the treatment received. A typical course of treatment is around 4–6 sessions, and your therapist will discuss likely treatment requirements during your first appointment.
How often will I need treatment?
Treatment frequency depends on the therapy, the severity of your condition, and how long it has been present. Acute conditions may require one or more appointments in the first week, followed by weekly sessions before gradually reducing as improvement occurs.
